Does Ali Bongo do the inter-ma-web? If you could get him I'll, well, I'll be an unimaginably happy bunny. I'll probably explode in a fit of hero worship, in fact.

Sasha B. Cohen

I think it would be hilarious and a great experience. He never, NEVER breaks character and it would be great to learn how he transforms himself to each character and which all are distinguishable.
In short, the con artist of the streets is a performer, an actor and an entertainer who hides the sword of his purpose behind a cape of geniality, humor, and character. The magician can learn a lot from the grifter’s technique and even more importantly, from his focus.

Not sure if you know, but they JUST released a new Houdin book. Pretty pricey at about 100 bucks, but it's bound to be a great one to add to any library.

As for Cohen, I agree.

I also think that we shouldn't JUST settle on magicians, why not great actors, writers and thinkers. Those are all such important aspects of magic.

I'm sure the author might do a Q/A, I'll look into it.

Sankey, Tom Mullica, Richard Sanders, Michael Close. I'd like to see more close-up magicians, specifically table-hoppers. Darwin Ortiz, Derren Brown, Burton, Copperfield, the greats. Greg Wilson and Michael Ammar, good choices.

Joshua Jay would also be a treat. He has some amazing stuff.

Philip Zimbardo is a well-known psychologist. He's bound to have some good information, though only the really intellectual and serious magicians would participate.
